RETURNS & REFUNDS

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at olfentia-support@olfentia.com. We will provide you with return instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

CONSUMER RIGHTS (EU & UK)
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing any reason (the "right of withdrawal"). To exercise this right, please notify us at olfentia-support@olfentia.com within 14 days of delivery. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. We will issue a full refund, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the goods are defective.
These statutory rights are in addition to, and do not limit, our 30-day money-back guarantee.
