Every Olfentia order is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of the date you received your order.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date confirmed by your tracking information. The product must not have been misused, deliberately damaged, or used in a way inconsistent with the provided usage instructions. You must provide your order number as proof of purchase.
We accept returns on both opened and unopened products. We understand that you need to try a product to know whether it works for you, and our guarantee reflects that.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for a return or refund:
Products purchased from any source other than olfentia.com. We can only process returns for orders placed directly through our official Website. Orders for which a return request is submitted more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date. Products that show clear signs of misuse, tampering, or damage caused by the customer.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at olfentia-support@olfentia.com with the following information:
Your full name and order number. The product you wish to return. The reason for your return.
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please do not send products back without first contacting us — unrequested returns cannot be processed.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
The product you received was defective or damaged upon arrival. The product you received was incorrect (wrong item sent).
In these cases, Olfentia will cover the full cost of return shipping and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you by email that your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account — this is outside of our control.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days of our confirmation email, please contact us at olfentia-support@olfentia.com and we will follow up on your behalf.

EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning your original order for a refund and placing a new order for the item you want.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described on our Website, please contact us at olfentia-support@olfentia.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
